These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, as well as your booking of appointments, purchase of products or services, and any other interactions with Platinum Salon and Spa at our Gilbert, Arizona (San Tan Village) and Ahwatukee/Phoenix, Arizona locations.
By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, booking a service, making a purchase, or otherwise engaging with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or agreements referenced herein or presented during the booking or checkout process. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Platinum Salon and Spa offers professional salon and spa services including hair styling, coloring, and care; nail services; skin and beauty treatments; and medical aesthetics procedures. We also sell retail products such as professional haircare, skincare, and beauty items from premium brands for at-home use. We may offer memberships and packages. Specific services, products, pricing, and availability are described on the Site and are subject to change without notice. All services are provided by licensed and trained professionals.
Appointments and services are subject to availability and professional discretion. When booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including any relevant health or medical history necessary for safe service delivery.
We request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Our cancellation policy is as follows (subject to confirmation in your booking details or appointment confirmation): Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment ("no-show"), may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service value or the full service price, at our discretion. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings. Please refer to your booking confirmation email or contact us directly for the most current policy applicable to your appointment.
Services are performed based on professional assessment at the time of your visit. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, health, or other legitimate reasons.
All prices displayed on the Site or in-salon are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. Applicable sales tax and any other required fees will be added at checkout or at the time of service. We accept payment methods indicated on the Site or at our locations (typically major credit/debit cards and other secure options).
For online purchases, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. By submitting an order, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to charge the total amount due. All sales are final except as expressly provided in our Return Policy below or as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or booking for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product/service unavailability. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has already been processed.

Platinum Salon and Spa offers a 5-day return window for any unopened retail products purchased from us, whether in-store or through our online shop. To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, the following conditions must be met: the product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging with all seals, tags, labels, and inserts intact; you must provide the original receipt, order confirmation, or other valid proof of purchase; and the return request must be initiated within five (5) calendar days from the date of in-store purchase or the date of delivery/pickup for online orders. Opened, used, damaged, altered, or personalized products are not eligible for return. All services, treatments, facials, medical aesthetics procedures, gift cards, memberships, and packages are strictly non-refundable once performed, scheduled, or purchased (subject only to the cancellation policy in Section 3). For online returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any associated risk of loss unless the product arrives defective or we have made an error in fulfilling the order. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item (typically completed within 5–7 business days), approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method; please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee specific results from any service or product. Individual outcomes for hair, skin, nail, and medical aesthetics treatments vary significantly based on factors including but not limited to skin/hair type, age, lifestyle, sun exposure, adherence to aftercare instructions, and underlying health conditions.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLATINUM SALON AND SPA, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, ANY SERVICE, OR ANY PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO PLATINUM SALON AND SPA FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE OR PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES OR LIABILITY; IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Platinum Salon and Spa and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or access to the Site or services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any content you submit or post.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of the Site or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
As an alternative, at our sole election, any dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, held in Phoenix, Arizona. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis; class actions, class arbitrations, and representative proceedings are not permitted. You waive any right to a jury trial.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, booking confirmations, or purchase receipts, constitute the entire agreement between you and Platinum Salon and Spa concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Platinum. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may freely assign these Terms and our rights and obligations.
The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Platinum.
