What a biostimulator does

Our biostimulator and device treatments are provided by licensed and certified providers. A biostimulator is an injectable that works differently from traditional filler. Instead of adding instant volume, products like Radiesse and hyperdilute Radiesse are designed to encourage your body to build its own collagen gradually over the weeks and months after treatment. That is why results tend to develop slowly and, for many clients, last longer than hyaluronic acid filler.

Because the change is gradual, biostimulators are designed to work as a series rather than a single visit. A single hyperdilute Radiesse session may show mild improvement, while a planned series spaced over several weeks is how the treatment is designed to compound. Results vary, not all clients are candidates, and because biostimulators cannot be reversed, your provider will map out a realistic plan at the consultation that is required before any package.

These packages sit alongside our other medical aesthetics services in Gilbert and Ahwatukee, with consultations open to clients across the East Valley.

Why we bundle

Better results, less guesswork

Biostimulators are designed to work best as a series, so we bundle sessions into packages for two reasons. First, it saves you money, with $100 to $497 in savings compared with booking sessions one at a time. Second, it locks in your full series, so you do not start strong and stop midway. A complete plan is how the treatment is designed to work.

What to expect

Your first package visit

From your first consultation to your final photos, here is how a package series typically unfolds. Every plan is personalized, and results vary.

1

Free consultation

We review your goals, photos, medical history, and current medications. Your provider explains which package may fit and why, plus any reasons a treatment might not be right for you.

2

Package selection and scheduling

Once you choose a package, we book your full series so every session is confirmed. Spacing varies by package, generally four to six weeks between sessions.

3

Your first session

Numbing if needed, photos for your before and after record, and treatment performed in our private clinic room. Most sessions take 60 to 90 minutes.

4

Recovery

Mild swelling, tenderness, and redness for one to seven days depending on the area. You will get detailed aftercare guidance verbally and in writing, and we ask you to avoid heavy exercise and heat for 24 to 48 hours. Results vary.

5

Follow-up sessions

Your remaining sessions follow the same protocol, and each one builds on the last. Many clients begin to notice meaningful change after the second or third session. Results vary.

6

Final results

Around three to six months after your last session, your collagen has had time to build. Your provider takes final photos and talks through maintenance options. Many clients return for a refresh in 12 to 18 months. Results vary.

Make it easier to budget

Members save across services, and a membership can make a collagen series easier to plan for. Spa Premium is $149 a month, Spa VIP is $249 a month, and Body Contouring Monthly is $289 a month. We also accept CareCredit financing over 6 to 24 months, and Radiesse purchases earn points through the Aspire rewards program. Aesthetic package FAQs

What is the difference between Radiesse and hyperdilute Radiesse?
They share the same active ingredient. Radiesse is the standard concentration used for facial contouring and structural support. Hyperdilute Radiesse is the same product diluted and dispersed so it can spread across larger areas like the neck, decollete, body, and skin with texture concerns.
Is this safe?
Radiesse and hyperdilute Radiesse have established safety records, and Radiesse has been FDA cleared since 2006. As with any injectable there are risks, including bruising, swelling, lumps, and rare vascular complications. Your provider reviews these in detail at your consultation, and not all clients are candidates.
How long do results last?
Many clients see results that last around 12 to 24 months from a complete series, and maintenance treatments every 12 to 18 months can help extend them. Results vary from client to client.
Can I do these treatments if I have had filler before?
Often, yes. Many clients combine traditional filler for immediate volume with biostimulators for longer-term collagen building. Your provider will plan the right sequence for you at your consultation.
Is there downtime?
Expect mild swelling, redness, and tenderness for one to seven days depending on the area treated. Many clients return to work the next day. We ask you to avoid heavy exercise and heat for 24 to 48 hours. Results vary.
What if I am not happy with my results?
Biostimulators cannot be reversed in the way hyaluronic acid filler can, which is why your consultation matters so much. Your provider will only recommend a package they believe fits your goals, and we are glad to start with a smaller package if you are uncertain.
Can I do this if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. Biostimulators are not appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We ask that you wait until after you finish nursing.
Can I finance these packages?
Yes. We accept CareCredit, which lets you finance over 6 to 24 months. You can apply at carecredit.com or ask the front desk and we will help.
Are there manufacturer rewards?
Yes. Radiesse is part of the Aspire rewards program, so you earn points on every Radiesse purchase. Spa members can stack their membership savings on top of these rewards. Ask your provider for details.
What is the difference between RF microneedling and a biostimulator alone?
RF microneedling on our EndyMed platform uses controlled micro-injury plus radiofrequency heat to encourage collagen. Biostimulators like hyperdilute Radiesse encourage collagen by introducing a calcium-based product. Used together, as in the body collagen restore package, they work in different layers of the skin.
Do you treat men too?
Yes. Men are a growing part of our biostimulator clientele, especially for jawline contouring and body work. A consultation is required for everyone.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. A consultation is required before any package. It is how we confirm you are a candidate, review your goals and health history, and recommend a plan that fits you. There is no pressure to book on the spot.
