We keep things simple and fair. We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations are charged 50 percent, no-shows 100 percent, and we hold your spot for 10 minutes past your start time. The terms below help every guest get the full, unhurried visit they booked, and they let us offer open time to someone else when plans change.
