Gift Card FAQs

  • Do gift cards expire?

    No. Gift cards do not expire. Use the balance whenever you are ready.

  • Can I use a gift card at both locations?

    Yes. Gift cards work at both our Gilbert and Phoenix Ahwatukee locations.

  • Are gift cards refundable?

    No. Gift cards are not refundable but they do not expire, so the balance is always available for future use.

  • Can I add to a gift card balance?

    Yes. You can add money to an existing gift card any time. Just bring the original or have it on hand.

  • Can I use a gift card for memberships?

    Yes. Gift cards can be applied to membership fees.

  • What if I lose my gift card?

    For digital gift cards, the email contains the gift card number. We can look up the balance with that number. For physical gift cards, treat them like cash. Lost cards cannot easily be replaced.

  • Are gift cards taxable?

    Gift card purchases are not taxed. Sales tax applies when you redeem the gift card on services or products.

  • Can I send a gift card to someone else?

    Yes. Digital gift cards can be sent to any email address. Physical gift cards can be picked up in person or mailed.

  • Can I get a gift card for a specific service or amount?

    Yes. Gift cards can be issued for a specific dollar amount. We do not offer service specific gift cards (like "one HydroFacial") but we can recommend a dollar amount that covers the service.

  • How quickly are gift cards delivered?

    Digital gift cards are delivered by email immediately. Physical gift cards can be picked up in person same day or mailed (allow 5 to 7 business days).
