WHY OUR INJECTABLES IS DIFFERENT
Why Our Injectables Is Different
Real Credentials
Your injector matters more than the brand of product. Marilyn is a Nurse Practitioner, the highest clinical license short of an MD, with prescriptive authority and advanced training in patient assessment. Brittney is an experienced Nurse Injector. Both have specific injectable training and continuing education.
Honest Consultations
We will tell you when you do not need filler yet. We will tell you when tox alone will give you the result you want. We will tell you when you should wait. The goal is to give you a result that looks like you, not to maximize the number of syringes.
Conservative Approach
Most injectable mistakes come from too much, too fast. We start conservative on first time clients and build over multiple visits. You can always add more. You cannot easily take it back.
Multiple Product Options
We carry multiple FDA cleared injectable products and pick what fits your specific goal. Hyaluronic acid filler families (Juvederm, Restylane, RHA), biostimulators (Radiesse, Hyperdilute Radiesse, Sculptra), and tox neurotoxins. Different products do different things.
PROVIDER
Who Performs Your Treatment
All injectable services are performed by Marilyn (Nurse Practitioner & Injector) or Brittney (Nurse Injector). For your first visit, we typically recommend Marilyn for complex anatomy or any case where you want the highest credential in the room. Brittney is an excellent choice for routine tox and standard filler placement. The front desk will pair you with the right provider when you book.

Biostimulator Injections
Radiesse and Hyperdilute Radiesse trigger your own collagen to build over months. Best for skin quality, jawline contouring, neck and decollete, and body. We offer 4 packaged biostimulator series. See our Aesthetic Packages page for full details.

Lip Flip
A small dose of tox in the upper lip muscle that creates a subtle lip pout without filler. Lasts 8 to 12 weeks. Often the right starting point for first time lip clients before considering filler.

Masseter (Jaw Slimming and TMJ)
Tox injected into the masseter muscle to slim a square jawline or relieve tension from grinding. Especially popular for clients who clench, grind, or have visible masseter hypertrophy. Lasts 4 to 6 months.

Combination Treatment Plans
Most clients eventually use a combination of tox and filler. We can plan multi visit treatment plans that build to your overall goal at a sustainable pace.

FAQ
Injectables FAQs
How long does tox last?
Most clients see results for 3 to 4 months. Some get 4 to 5 months. Building a regular schedule (every 3 months) often extends results because muscle memory weakens with consistent use.
Does it hurt?
Tox feels like quick pinches. Filler is more sensitive. We use numbing cream for filler and ice for tox. Most clients tolerate both well.
When will I see results?
Tox starts working in 3 to 5 days, full effect at 14 days. Filler shows immediate volume but final settling happens at 2 weeks.
How much filler do I need?
Depends on the area and your goals. Lips: most first time clients start with 1 syringe. Cheeks: 1 to 2 syringes per side. Your provider will recommend a realistic starting amount during consultation.
Will I look fake?
Not if you work with a thoughtful provider. We aim for natural looking results. We will tell you when "more" would push you into looking overdone and we will not do it.
What if I do not like the result?
For HA filler, the product can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. For tox, you wait for it to wear off (usually 6 to 12 weeks for partial results, 3 to 4 months for full clearance).
Are there manufacturer rewards?
Yes. Allē for Allergan products (Juvederm, etc), Aspire for Galderma products (Restylane, Sculptra), and others. Spa members stack membership discounts on top of these rewards.
Is it safe?
Tox and HA filler have decades of safety data and FDA clearance. Risks (bruising, swelling, lumps, rare vascular complications) are reviewed at consultation.
Can I do this if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. Wait until after you finish nursing.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We accept CareCredit. Apply at carecredit.com or ask the front desk.
