WHY OUR FACIALS IS DIFFERENT

Why Our Facials Is Different

Custom, Not Cookie Cutter

Most facials follow the same script no matter who is on the table. Ours start with skin analysis. Your aesthetician examines your skin, asks about your routine, your concerns, and your environment, and then builds a custom protocol that fits.

HydroFacial is a brand name treatment that combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and hydration in one device. We offer multiple tiers from Signature to Platinum. Pricing scales with the boosters and add ons included.

A great facial without the right at home routine is a temporary fix. We tell you exactly what your skin needs at home and we will recommend products only when they actually fit. No pressure to buy the entire shelf.

Add a facial to your color appointment. Pair with a manicure for a full salon and spa day. Add a brow shape or lash service. Our all in one model means your full visit is coordinated, not pieced together.

PROVIDER

Who Performs Your Treatment

Facials are performed by Hadlea (Aesthetician) or Charlotte (Stylist & Aesthetician). Both are AZ licensed. Charlotte's cross training in hair and skin makes her a great choice for clients booking a coordinated salon and spa day. Hadlea focuses primarily on skin and is the right choice for clients with specific skin concerns or wanting a deeper protocol.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your First Visit

Step 1: Skin Analysis

Your aesthetician examines your skin in proper lighting, asks about your routine, current products, environment, and main concerns. This is what makes the difference between a generic facial and a custom one.

Step 2: Protocol Selection

Based on the analysis, your aesthetician recommends the right facial type, add ons, and protocol. You make the final call on what to include.

Step 3: The Treatment

Most facials run 60 to 90 minutes. HydroFacials run 45 to 75 minutes depending on tier. Done in our private treatment rooms with comfortable music and dim lighting.

Step 4: Take Home Plan

Your aesthetician walks through what to do at home (and what not to do) for the next 24 to 48 hours. Product recommendations are based on your skin needs, no pressure.

Aftercare

  • Avoid sun exposure for 48 to 72 hours.
  • Use SPF 30+ daily, especially after exfoliation or peels.
  • Avoid heavy makeup for 24 hours if possible.
  • Stay hydrated.
  • Avoid heat (saunas, hot tubs, hot showers) for 24 hours after extractions.
  • No retinol or acid actives at home for 48 hours after professional exfoliation.
  • Schedule monthly facials to maintain results. Skin responds best to consistency.

FAQ

Facials FAQs

  • How often should I get a facial?

Monthly is ideal for most skin types. Skin renews on a 28 day cycle, so monthly facials match your skin's natural rhythm. Acne or anti-aging protocols may benefit from biweekly during an active treatment phase.

  • What is a HydroFacial?

A brand name treatment that combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and hydration using a specialized device. Different tiers add different boosters and treatments.

  • Will I have downtime?

Standard facials and HydroFacials have minimal downtime. Some redness for 1 to 2 hours. Stronger peels or extractions can have 1 to 3 days of redness or peeling.

  • Can I wear makeup after?

Yes after a few hours. Most aestheticians recommend giving your skin a break for the rest of the day if possible.

  • Do you do extractions?

Yes when needed. We will not force extractions on inflamed or active acne. Sometimes the right call is to treat the inflammation first and extract at a follow up visit.

  • Can I add a facial to a hair appointment?

Yes. Tell us when you book and we will block the time so nothing feels rushed.

  • What if I have sensitive skin?

We have specific protocols for sensitive skin. Tell your aesthetician at the consultation. We can use gentler exfoliants, calming serums, and skip extractions if needed.

  • Do you sell skincare products?

Yes. We carry professional skincare lines that we use in our protocols. We only recommend products that match your specific skin needs. No pressure to buy.

  • Can I get a facial during pregnancy?

Most facials are safe during pregnancy. Some active ingredients (high concentration retinols, certain peels) are not. Tell your aesthetician at the consultation and we will adjust.

  • Are HydroFacials worth it?

For most clients, yes. The combination of cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and hydration in one treatment gives an immediate visible glow. The booster tiers let you add specific benefits.
