Hair Stylist

We are hiring stylists who love precision cutting, color work, or both. Strong consultation skills required. Cosmetology license required.

  • Specialties valued: balayage, color correction, blonding, men's cuts, curly hair, bridal,
  • extensions
  • Schedule: full and part time available
  • Compensation: competitive commission structure plus product commission

Colorist

Color specialists who can take corrections, balayage, and high lift work. Strong portfolio required.

  • Required: cosmetology license, color experience, portfolio
  • Schedule: full and part time available

Aesthetician

Licensed aestheticians for facials, peels, HydroFacials, and add on services. Comfortable with consultation, skin analysis, and home care recommendations.

  • Required: AZ aesthetician license
  • Bonus: HydroFacial, dermaplane, or peel certifications

Nurse Injector

Licensed RN or NP with injectable experience. Tox, hyaluronic acid filler, biostimulators. Strong consultation and clinical judgment.

  • Required: AZ nursing license, injectable training and experience
  • Bonus: laser, RF microneedling, or biostimulator experience

Nail Technician

Licensed nail tech for manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, GelX, and nail art. Strong sanitation practices required.

  • Required: AZ nail tech license
  • Bonus: nail art portfolio

Lash Technician

Lash artist for classic, hybrid, and volume extensions plus lash lifts and tints.

  • Required: AZ aesthetician or lash certification, portfolio

Front Desk and Guest Services

We tell clients the truth about what is possible, what something will cost, and what the timeline is. We need team members who can do the same.

Application FAQs

  • Are you currently hiring?

    We are always open to talented stylists, aestheticians, nurse injectors, nail techs, lash techs, and front desk team members. Specific role openings change. Send your resume and we will let you know what is open or coming up.

  • What kind of licenses do I need?

    It depends on the role. Stylists and colorists need an AZ cosmetology license. Aestheticians need an AZ aesthetician license. Nail techs need an AZ nail tech license. Nurse injectors need an active AZ RN or NP license. Front desk roles do not require a license.

  • Are you commission or hourly?

    It varies by role. Stylists and aestheticians work primarily on commission. Nurse injectors and front desk are hourly with bonus structure. We will explain the full compensation during the interview.

  • Do you offer continuing education?

    Yes. Our team gets regular training on new techniques, products, and equipment. We also support advanced certifications.

  • Do you provide tools and product?

    We provide all back bar product and most equipment. Stylists typically bring their own personal tools (shears, brushes, etc.) but we work with you if you need help getting set up.

  • Do you take new graduates?

    For most roles we look for some real world experience, but we occasionally take new graduates who are exceptional. Apply and we will tell you honestly where you stand.

  • How long does the hiring process take?

    Usually 1 to 3 weeks from application to offer. Phone screen, in person interview, working interview or technical assessment, and reference check.

  • Do you offer benefits?

    For full time team members, yes. Specific benefits are explained during the interview process.

  • Can I rent a chair instead?

    We are a commission salon, not a chair rental space. If you are looking for booth rental, we are not the right fit.

  • Where are you located?

    Two locations. Gilbert at 2206 E Williams Field Rd #106 and Phoenix Ahwatukee at 16515 S 40th St Suite 105. Indicate on your application which location you would prefer to work at, or whether you are open to either.
