Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy exists to respect our team's time and to keep appointments available for clients who want them. Please read our policy carefully.
Cancellation Notice
We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. This gives us time to offer your appointment to other clients waiting for availability.
- More than 24 hours notice: no fee
- Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of service fee charged
- No show (no notice given): 100% of service fee charged
Booking Deposits
Some services require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits apply to:
- Bridal services and bridal trials
- Color correction or color services over 3 hours
- Aesthetic packages
- IV therapy series
- First time clients booking premium services
Deposits are credited to the cost of your service. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, deposits are refundable. Less than 24 hours, deposits are forfeit.
No Shows
Repeat no shows may result in:
- Required deposit at booking for all future appointments
- Loss of priority booking privileges if you are a member
- Removal from our online booking system
Late Arrivals
We hold appointments for 10 minutes past the start time. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened to accommodate other clients.
If your appointment is shortened due to late arrival, the full service fee still applies.
Bridal Cancellations
Bridal services have a separate cancellation policy that is detailed in your bridal contract. Generally:
- Bridal deposits are non refundable
- Cancellations may be applied to a rescheduled date if we have availability
- Cancellations within 30 days of the wedding are subject to full service charges
Group Bookings
Group bookings (3 or more services at once, bridal parties, special events) require a deposit at booking and have specific cancellation terms detailed in your booking confirmation.
Membership Cancellations
Membership cancellation terms are detailed in your enrollment agreement. Generally:
- Salon memberships and service specific subscriptions: 30 days written notice
- Spa memberships: 6 month minimum commitment, then 30 days written notice
Inclement Weather and Emergencies
We waive cancellation fees for documented emergencies, sudden illness, and severe weather. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss your specific situation.
